EMILY LEONARD Material Stone is an exploration into the flexibility of the printed image. Sculpture, collage and print are intertwined to question how far image making can be stretched.

This series was produced over a period of two years with constant experimentations of basic materials – light, paper and ink.

Printed onto silk paper, the book is the opposite of the process taken to make the images.
