It’s Open Day

Open Day is your chance to come say hello and get the welcome tour from Photofusion. You can bring your camera for a free health check from PPP Repairs. Pick up your start-of-term film essentials from us at Parallax Photographic Coop. And join photographer Eddie Otchere for an Ilford Photo Walk around Brixton.

What’s Happening

On Saturday 12 October, between 11am and 5pm, we will be hosting Open Day 2019 and there are a bunch of reasons to head down and say hello!

Photofusion

Get a welcome tour of the building, seeing the darkrooms, education rooms, digital suite and gallery. Photofusion will also be introducing visitors to the membership program and the opportunities for students to get discounts.

PPP Repairs

Bring your camera for a free film camera health check-up. PPP Repairs will take a look at your camera and will even be conducting on-site repairs where possible. This is a great opportunity to come to meet PPP and have a chat about giving film cameras a new lease of life. Plus, you can drop off any film cameras that need more extensive repairs to be taken away and fixed. 

Parallax Photographic Coop

We will be open as usual, welcoming visitors and introducing the range of products we sell. You can sign up for a student discount and stock up on your start-of-term essentials.

Ilford Photo Walk

You can also join photographer Eddie Otchere for an Ilford Photo Walk around Brixton. You will get a roll of Ilford HP5, which Photofusion will be processing after the walk, and a bunch of other Ilford merch. Places are limited, so we recommend you book your spot now.

How To Find Us

Our entrance is up next to Brixton Recreation Centre on Brixton Station Road. Walk up the stairs and straight along the walkway or up the ramp to the left of the stairs. Go through the open gate and you will see us.
