How can I pay?
We currently use PayPal to process all of our transactions online. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can checkout through PayPal using your credit or debit card even if you don’t have an account.
We use PayPal because it is a secure and trusted payment gateway. If you have any issue with PayPal please contact us.
Where does Parallax Photographic deliver?
We currently ships to the UK, Ireland and Europe. You may experiance longer delivery times when shipping outside of the UK and to Northen Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Isle of Man.
You can easily see what your delivery cost would be. Select the products you would like to order and at checkout enter your delivery address, it will then automatically calculate your shipping costs.
If you want to have something shipped outside of Europe, please contact us with your location and order details and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote.

We offer two delivery speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.
- 3 working days – standard : £5.95
- 1 working day – express : £8.95
All prices include VAT.
How does it work?
Like this: You place your order. We process and dispatch from our shop in Brixton. Then you’ll get an email notification to tell you it is on its way and a text message to tell you when it will arrive. Then you enjoy, and let us know when you need more.
We process orders up until 2pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. All orders we receive on weekends or holidays will also be processed on the next working day.
Can I collect in store?
Sure you can. Just place your order online and we will get it ready for you to come and collect from our Brixton shop. We will email you when it’s ready to be picked up – easy!

Can I track my order?
Wondering when your stuff is going to arrive? Hit track your order, enter your e-mail address and the order number from your confirmation e-mail.
Don’t worry about missing it. You should also receive a text message from our courier company on the day of your delivery giving you delivery time.
