Payment and Delivery
How can I pay?
We currently use PayPal to process all of our transactions. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can checkout through PayPal using your credit or debit card without an account. We use PayPal because it is a secure and trusted payment gateway.
Where does Parallax Photographic deliver?
Parallax currently ships to the whole of the UK. You may experiance longer delivery times when shipping to Northen Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man.
If you want to have something shipped outside of the UK, please contact us with your location and order details and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Can I collect in store?
Sure you can. Just place your order online and we will get it ready for you to come and collect from our Brixton shop. We will email you when it’s ready to be picked up – easy!

Tell me about delivery costs.
We offer two delivery speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t, and we have two package sizes, depending on what you order.
- Standard (3 working days): £4.50 (Small Parcel), £7.50 (Large Parcel)
- Express (1 working day): £7.50 (Small Parcel), £10.50 (Large Parcel)
All prices include VAT.
When will I get my order?
Here’s how it works: You place your order. We process and dispatch from our shop in Brixton. Then you’ll get an email notification to tell you it is on its way.
We process orders up until 2pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after that time will be processed the next working day. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed the next working day.
What the difference between a small and large parcel?
This will be worked our automatically at checkout. Once you have put your items into the shopping basket, it will work out whether it qualifies as a small or large package.
Generally, small and light items such as film, will count as a small parcel. Large and heavy items, such as liquid chemicals, will count as a large package.
I have a specific delivery requirement.
You can include any specific delivery requirement at checkout by using the order notes section. We use currently Royal Mail and Yodel delivery services, and will try our hardest to accommodate your needs.
Can I track my order?
Wondering when your stuff is going to arrive? Hit track your order, enter your e-mail address and the order number from your confirmation e-mail.
