Black and White Film

Parallax Photographic sell black and white film! Lots of it. We love it and aim to stock as wide a range of camera film as possible. You can buy 35mm film, as well as 120.

Our current stock comes from Ilford, Kodak, Foma, Fuji, Lomography, StreetCandy and CineStill. There are several formats available – 35mm, 120 (medium format), 4×5, 5×7, and 8×10. Alongside standard 35mm cassettes, we also stock bulk rolls. This can be economical if you have a bulk film loader.

Most popular B&W films at the moment are Ilford Hp5 Plus 400 and Kodak Tri-X 400. As well as these favourites, we would recommend trying out Foma Retropan 320, Adox Silvermax and CineStill BWXX for a different look.
