Adox Rodinal Developer is made to Agfa Leverkusen´s final Rodinal formula from 2004. It is one of the classic developers, which will suit all slow to medium speed films. Although it will work with any black and white film.

It does not get more Rodinal than this. Adox and Agfa scientists got together to create this Agfa-replacement. The result will is a developer identical to the original Agfa one.

In comparison with R09/APH09, this version will give you a more fine grain negative. Alongside additional sharpness and acutance.

Dilution is 1+25 to 1+500. Rodinal is a one shot developer, you mix up a fresh batch each time you develop. And then discard after use.

When you use a high dilution with a small dev tank make sure to measure at least 5 ml of concentrate when you mix it up. And, for sheet film please make sure to use at least 5 ml of concentrate for each 4 sheets of 4×5 or one sheet of 8×10.
