Ilford Multigrade Art 300
Ilford Multigrade Art 300 is a unique darkroom paper. This is a high-quality paper that uses acid-free Hahnemuhle art paper with a silver gelatin coating. Making it the worlds only black and white Cotton Rag based darkroom paper.
This is a paper designed for printing in a traditional black and white darkroom. Much like a fibre based paper, it is ideal for toning, hand colouring and retouching. Notably, its heavyweight also makes it easy to handle in very large sheet sizes.
This paper has a textured matt surface, with an eggshell sheen finish. Making it a darkroom paper unlike any other. It also has a neutral to cool white base colour and will give a slightly warm tone to your images.
Ilford Multigrade Art 300 is a variable contrast paper, which means that it is possible to get the full range of contrast from your negatives. Simply use in conjunction with a multigrade enlarger and you can print from grade 00 through to 5. If used without any filters on your enlarger, it equates to approximately grade 2 or 3.
Ilford Multigrade Art 300 Paper is available in a range of sizes from 5×7, to 8×10 and up to 20×24. We can also order it in even larger roll sizes if you need.
