Description

Adox Pan-X 100 is a black and white reversal film for Super8 cameras and projectors. This is the Adox replacement for the discontinued Kodak Plus-X film. This cassette contains 15 meters of Super8 film. That is roughly 3 minutes and 20 seconds of footage.

Pan-X 100 Reverso has everything a Super8 reversal film could possibly have. It has a forgiving, silver rich emulsion which doesn’t block off in the highlights and captures full shadow detail. Incredible sharpness and detail. And a clear triacetate base for great projection.

It is perforated on an entirely refurbished 2011 German made precision-step-perforator. That is accuracy that sets a new standard in Super8. And keeps your frames steady as a rock.

The film cassette uses a plane pressure plate for exact positioning of the film. As with all black and white Super8 films, the cartridge is notched to tungsten. Super8 cameras should always be set to tungsten lighting when exposing black and white film as Super 8 film was originally introduced as tungesten balanced only. Because daylight is compensated with an orange filter it will decrease the film speed if shot as daylight.

Expose at 64 or 100 ISO – the best results can be obtained with 64 ISO.
