SANDY CONNELL Journey to Ayrshire is a self-published zine.

Sandy Connell’s first self-published photo zine is a short story set on the Firth of Clyde in Ayrshire, created in search of a sense of balance between the beauty of Scotland in the summer and the inner turbulence of the characters in front of and behind the camera.

The travelling companion, heart of the story and prism of the landscape is manifested in the inimitable charisma of Azade Aydoğdu.

The 24-page zine was printed in June 2022 in a run of 50 copies.
