Camberwell Illustration Project 2021

Camberwell Illustration Project 2021

We set a project for the third year BA Illustration students at Camberwell College of Art. We asked them to illustrate one of our How To guides. Here are the results.

For the past few years, we have teamed up with Camberwell College of Art to set a project for their third year BA Illustration students. We were happy to be involved again this year for the class of 2021.

For the brief, we asked them to create illustrations for one of three of our guides: How To Make Cyanotypes, How To Develop B&W Film or How To Develop Colour Film. The illustrations would be used to help people understand the processes involved in making cyanotypes and developing their own film. We are thinking about turning the illustrations into a printed version of our popular guides.

We were really impressed with the results and enjoyed seeing the different styles and approaches. We felt they answered the brief well. We have featured the submissions here.

Have a look and let us know what you think.
