Zero Image Pinhole

Zero Image Pinhole Delivery

Our first delivery of Zero Image pinhole cameras has arrived.

Zero Image cameras are small, beautifully constructed wooden pinholes. They have been hand-made in Hong Kong since 1999. These unique cameras are a firm favourite with pinhole shooters.

Pinhole cameras embody the original technology of photography and the aim of Zero Image is to preserve this heritage. Zernike Au, photography enthusiast, and successful product designer, came up with Zero Image . The art of pinhole photography and the beauty of antique wooden cameras was fascinating to him. So he decided to make a compact wooden pinhole camera which could accept rolls of film. The cameras on the market at that time could only accept 4×5 sheet film. These cameras are built to accommodate different film formats. Also, Zero Image cameras have all the necessary functions to be simple and easy to use.

Ultimately, Pinhole photography is perfect for newcomers to photography. It will give you an easy and hands-on way to learn the basic science behind the photographic process. Thus, it is still a highly popular technique with experienced photographers too, due to the unique process and results. When you use Zero Image pinhole cameras you don’t need to invest in large amounts of equipment. With just a camera and some film, you are ready to go.
