Paterson Changing Bag 70 x 70 cm
Paterson Changing Bag is one of the most essential pieces of equipment when developing film at home. Also, one of the most simple. You can load your film into a developing tank without the need to find a darkroom. It has a fail-safe double skin with zip and velcro closures. Plus the inner lining is specially designed to avoid perspiration when you use it for a long time.
Additionally, if you have a film change bag to hand it will mean you can safely remove any film that you jam or partly expose from the camera. So, you can continue to shoot. The Paterson film changing bag is small enough to fit into a camera bag, yet large enough to allow a fully open camera back inside.
It is perfect for people who want to develop film at home but don’t have a darkroom. You must load film into the developing tank in complete darkness. If you don’t have a dark space, you can use a changing bag for this step. The Paterson Film Changing Bag can hold everything you need, just place all the bits inside the changing bag. Once all the stuff is inside, close both zips and put your arms inside the sleeves. The cuffs should be tight enough around your arms to prevent any light from getting in. You can then load the film into your tank without exposing it to any light.
When fully laid out it measures 70 x 70 cm.
