Description
The Paterson Colour Thermometer is made especially for the development of colour film. This Paterson spirit thermometer is 12in (30cm) long. The thermometer has dual scales, Centigrade and Fahrenheit. A temperature range from 15°C to 65°C and from 60°F to 130°F.
The Paterson colour thermometer is incredibly accurate, to +/- 0.14°C (+/-0.25°F).
Although Paterson describes this as their Colour Thermometer it can be used for both colour and black and white film processing. If you are processing your film for the first time we would recommend you choose the colour one. You won’t have to buy another one in the future if you venture in to colour film processing.
You can use the thermometer to measure chemistry temperatures in both tanks and trays. As a general rule black and white film and paper are developed at 20°C.
