Description

New Classic EZ400 35mm Film 36 Exposures

New Classic EZ400 is a panchromatic black and white negative film that delivers beautifully retro yet sharp images.  When you rate it at box speed, EZ400 will give you contrasty images with plenty of detail in the highlights, and lightly subdued shadows. Suitable for all light conditions, EZ400 is versatile and capable.

Want more detail in your shadows? Then expose EZ400 rated at ISO 200, and use the standard development times for ISO 400.

If you like experimenting, you can pull or push process EZ400, exposing it at 200, 800 or 1600, and adjusting development accordingly. This will obviously affect the look of your final images compared to standard development, but you may find a look you like even more!

No DX coding.

Kraft Paper Canister

The container used to protect and store your 35mm cassette is made of kraft paper. The canister is sturdy and strong, yet lightweight. Best of all, kraft paper is a fantastic alternative to plastic. The EZ400 containers are fully recyclable as part of a typical cardboard recycling program.

Developing EZ400

If you are developing EZ400 yourself, you can find development times on the New Classic Film website. It can be developed in most black and white film developers.
