CineStill CS41 Color Developing Kit Powder 1L

CineStill CS41 Color Developing Kit Powder 1L makes developing colour film at home easy! In the kit, you get all the chemicals you need to process your own colour negative film. Just mix the powder with water and you’re ready to go!

These powder two-bath processing kits can be used at a variety of temperatures with the same equipment you already use to process your black and white film at home. No darkroom or automated processor required! A two-bath kit means there are only two steps to develop and fix the film. Not all colour film developing is so simple. This makes the kit quicker, which means it’s more convenient and easier to use.

This 1-litre kit comprises three packets of powder to mix up 1L of working solution of each chemical. One powder mixes with water to make the colour developer, two powders combine for the bleach-fix (known as ‘blix’). You can use any wetting agent after washing the film.

With this 1L kit, you can develop up to 4 – 24 rolls of 35mm or 120 colour negative film. Keep in mind that higher ISO film will exhaust the developer at a faster rate. You will have to extend development times each time you process a new batch.

We recommend our 1L Chemical Storage Bottles to keep your mixed-up developing kit fresh.
