Tetenal Protectan Spray 400ml – Discontinued

Tetenal Protectan is an antioxidant spray that can be used to prolong the life of chemicals. It uses an inert heavy gas to displace the excess air in your chemical storage bottles. By doing this it helps prevent oxidisation, which causes your chemicals to age and stop working. So, using Protectan will greatly extend chemical storage life.

Particularly good for Tetenal C-41 and E6 kits, where you reuse the chemicals over a period of time. Equally, it will prolong the life of developers such as Kodak Xtol and Ilford ID-11. The same also applies to stop and fix. Overall, it is a very useful addition to have in the darkroom.

How To Use

Tetenal Protectan is very easy to use. You simply spray Protectan gas into the top of your storage bottle.
