Street Candy MTN1o0 35mm Film 36 Exposures
Street Candy MTN100 is a 100 ISO panchromatic black and white film. Its rich tones and fine grain will give you a classic cinematic look. Originally a cine film for use in motion pictures. Will work equally well indoors and outdoors.
MTN 100 gives great results when rated at 100 ISO in daylight or 80 ISO under tungsten light source. You can also push or pull it up to 2 stops. Pushing beyond may result in high contrast and loss of shadow details.
Rewinding MTN100
Street Candy films are loaded in recycled film canisters. The use of recycled film canisters can cause issues with fully automated/motorized cameras. It will work with most cameras, however, there’s a small risk when it comes to the rewind function and the film can get stuck. It is not something that Film Candy has experienced, but please be cautious when loading and rewinding MTN100.
We had trouble with our Contax G2 when it came to rewinding the film. So, we would recommend shooting MTN100 with manual cameras.
