Lomography’s First New Color Negative Film in Half a Decade

For the first time in 5 years, a new colour negative film has seen the light of day – introducing LomoChrome Metropolis in 110 format – an original colour negative film from the Lomography films manufacturer laboratory.

This film is built for exploring the urban jungle in all of its grit and beauty. Search for rays of colour in a sea of black skyscrapers, frame your subject as they trudge the streets of ghost towns, and disappear down sparsely lit subway entrances and capture portraits unlike anything else.

Film Sensitivity

Take your adventures to greater heights than ever before with a unique extended 100-400 ISO range and fine cine-style grain structure. Change sensitivity mid role as your walk into the urban abyss below, while remaining compatible with the classic C-41 process.

Lomochrome Metropolis XR 100-400 35mm revels in mischief, confusion, love and conflict. True to its name, LomoChrome Metropolis was built to serve as the foundation for the future of film photography.

Metropolis is also available in 35mm, 120 and pre-loaded in a Reusable Camera.

Want to see some sample images of Metropolis 110? Then check out our Lomography Metropolis 110 Film Review. We shot a roll on an Agfamatic 2000 110 Camera. Have a look at our film test and see what you think of this film.

110 Format

If you have never come across the 110 format. It is a cartridge-based film format made by Kodak in the 1970’s. 110 produces tiny negatives, each frame is only 13 mm × 17 mm! There are 24 frames per cartridge. You can usually pick up 110 cameras cheap because the film can be hard to find.
